Cancellation Policy

All reservations confirmed at least 7 days before check-in include a 24-hour free cancellation period. Guests may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund.

1. Cancellations made 14 days or more before check-in:
   Full refund of accommodation charges, including taxes and fees.
2. Cancellations made 7–13 days before check-in:
   50% refund of accommodation charges, including taxes and fees, provided the 24-hour free cancellation period has expired.
3. Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in:
   Only the tax portion of the reservation will be refunded on a prorated basis.
